Title: Change background of 'Category' titles.

I noticed that most of the themes display categories with albums differently then categories without albums (or more sub-categorries)
Eg: http://www.onsendesigns.com/cpg132
This is my site, and looking at the first 3 categories, and the last 2 categories, the text background has horisontal gray lines running in the background of the top three.
What I want is for that effect to be present in ALL categories.

What makes that change?

In the theme's style.css file copy the attributes from tableh2 to tableb
