Title: Showing a Random Thumb on another web page?

Im building a mobile version of my site and Im trying to pull the random thumb or the latest thumb into the mobile version..im not sure how to do this.. I looked at some random blocks but not sure if there is an easy way to do this.

on my mobile site i plan to have a link
