Hello, I just finish modifying my page. I added a new link to the navigation area.. Now i would like to know how do i add the new page to be display like every other page [ login, upload, register, etc.]
if you dont' understand wat am taking about go here and you know. http://labels.shows.it
that's my site. I just added the first link on the left navigation menu.. now i wanted to know how to display that page on the right when click on it.. just like when u click on the link upload file, register or login.. the page display on the right side.

Place the attached file in your gallery (renamed to remove the .txt).
Browse to it to check it, so you can adjust the iframe dimesions as needed (they worked fine on my test site).
Change the links on your page to point to http://www.freepgs.com/qt4eva/forum/request.php.
I put a test post on your site from this page called in mine, and it all works great.
