does anyone know where I can find thmes that looks similar for CPG and the weblog software Serendipity?

You will not find a readymade one - but  search the forum for Reynolds, 2bornot2b and Kubric - these are Coppermine themes which resemble WordPress themes and are manipulated mostly with CSS - I am sure you will be able to adapt it for Serendipity
