Title: problems with the width
Post by: eve on February 03, 2005, 04:30:44 pm
hello together
i installed a coppermine gallery (1.3.2) the first time. i'm surprised how easy it was, because all mambo-users are talking about "the very difficult thing"... now finally nearly everything is working, but:
the whole gallery is to wide.
you can see the problem on http://web22.bluesware.de/coppermine/index.php
i use a template named coppermambo, but i dont know at which place i can set the width of the whole thing to 600 pixel.
can anybody explain a newbie what i have to do? :)
best regards
eve
ps. is it allowed to remove the "coppermine" at the bottom of the gallery?

thank you for your fast answers, but they didnt solve my problem.
the field " Breite der Haupttabelle (in Pixel oder %)" is set to 500. this doesnt take affect...
there must be another point where to set the width.

Well looking at the template.html file from rainy day (the theme i use) directly onder de <body> tag there is this line:
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%">

If set to
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="550">
It does shorten the width of the gallery. Not familiar with the coppermambo theme you used but I think it works about the same. Worth a try.

temporarily switch to english before copy'n-pasting stuff from the config screen (or any other output) into your postings here, as not all supporters speak German.
