Title: adding content at the bottem?

at http://dynamic6.gamespy.com/~bart5986/cpg132/index.php you can see at the bottem powered by coppermine.

How do I add content above or below it?

I'm not sure what to search for either....

above: use anycontent.php
below: edit themes/yourtheme/template.html
