Title: normal_xxx.jpg
Post by: MartinW on January 19, 2005, 09:27:55 pm
When batch adding files I have uploaded via FTP, the gallery creates thumdnails, but also files called normal_xxx.jpg.

What are those for?
When viewing a photo, it uses the original file, but I can't find the use for the normal_xxx.jpg files.

There's a perfectly good explanation of this given less than 4 hours ago. Please use the board search.

My board search for normal_ didn't come up with anything, and that's why I asked.

I do read FAQs and search before I post in forums, as I run forums myself.

If the first search doesn't yield any results, try the advanced search.  I have better luck with it.

And if you use the search box in a specific category, it will only show results in that sub-board. So if you use the search box above, it will only show results for CPG 1.3 Standalone Support  since that is where this thread resides. You need to make sure that you are in the Home of the boards.
