Title: give permissions to only one user

hy,
anyone can tell me how can I give permissions to only one user to upload photos to public album.

The ideia is, the administration create the album and can upload photos and after just one user (and administrator) per album can upload photos

I already read the documentation and about this point i didn't find nothing.... can anyone help me!!!

Create a new group, assign the one person to it, and then allow that group to upload into that album.  Album upload permissions are set in the album property page.

ok, I follow this steps:

1 - Create a new group   (OK)
2 - Assign one person to it   (OK)

3 - Allow that group to upload into that album ????!!!!!

In the Album page I found only one opcion that was "Visitors can upload files" , but i didn't find to give permission one group to one album...:(

Can you tell me explain!!!
