impossible, you can only edit/create a coppermine theme to visually match the look of your forum's theme, but you can't make coppermine use the theme of your bbs, as it comes with a theme engine of it's own. There are however a lot of themes already available, browse the demo (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/) and use the "Choose a theme" dropdown. Decide for one that gets closest to what you want to achieve, then download the theme from the themes download section (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89658&package_id=98541) and modify it according to your needs.
