Title: Can I link to images in CPG from topics in phpBB2

Most galleries do not allow linking to pics in the gallery from topics in phpBB2.

ie if not using an attachment mod users can be encouraged to upload images to the gallery which promotes the gallery but would allow them to display the image in the forum thread - ie using (http://) tags.

Can coppermine accomodate this or is it actually impossible because of the way the images are logged into the database and linked in the album directory etc?

You can do that with the actual url of the pic, which you get by right click->properties or similar. Coppermine doesn't have any problems with you linking to the files - in fact it has nothing to do with the matter.

It's possible to show a cpg gallery image in phpbb img tags. Post a link to your gallery and I can demonstrate.
