I'm looking for anyone who would be willing to upgrade/modify the current coppermine albums to be able to sell photos via paypal or other online payment. I'm looking for a solution within the next several weeks, and can't afford to wait for a new releasal of the next coppermine I'm willing to pay for this work. Please reply to this post if your interested.

However be warned that the in current scheme thing CPG is not a very secure solution for selling picutres - anyone who has been reading these forums long enough will know how to steal the pictures.

I will pay upto $30/hour for someone who is efficient with the structure of coppermine to change/upgrade/secure the current code for my individual needs. I need a solution that will allow my business to the photos to different albums and then for the customer to ba able to choose the photos they want, what kind of package they want and then checkout securely using paypal or other online payment gateway. Once again just to put the things in perspective for some prospective developer.  
1) You are offering a decent per hour rate
2) You have not outlined clearly what you want BUT the example you gave ASPN is something very different than what coppermine currently is

So if you just want to
a) Secure CPG albums and pictures by keeping them outside the webdoc root
b) Offer the hires pictures for view / download only after a payment has been made (at paypal or where ever)
Estimated time 10 hours

Making an application entirely like ASPN 150 hours minimum

My guess is your requirements fall somewhere between these two extremes - please fill in

We also need pretty soon a solutuion for payment. Sms and paypal.
The need is in the range of what Tarique talked about
