What do you want this text to do.  You can use the anycontent.php for including your own content on the first page.

I'm using anycontent for the 'top' explanation - and then another anycontent block for the second explanation below the categories..

do you mean something like that ?

the second anycontent block was discussed somewhere on this board, - and someone pointed a solution out, - with several anycontent blocks.

i'm newbie and not a php programmer.   :-[
I'm interesting to put the anycontent page in different position as in your site (section: "Vejledning til bestilling").
Could do you explain me, how can i do this??

You can affect anycontent's placement by changing the order of the list of items in album list view.
