Title: UPLOAD.PHP ERROR HELP!!

ive already uploaded 200 pictures!
and now its being weird..

i try to upload and it says

when i just click upload file it gives error at top..

search this board for "Warning: move_uploaded_file failed to open stream Permission denied" and you should find this answer - this has been asked a thousand times already. And please, stop shouting. Nobody likes to be shouted at.
