Title: No sender e-maila dress

I have problem whit sender e-mail adress. When I try to send ean e-card there is no sender e-mail adress. Also there is no a sender e-mail adress input text box..
Do you have any idea

does this happen when you're logged in with your admin user account? If yes, then you're probably not using cpg1.3.2 - you should upgrade.
If this happens with any user, post a link to your site and a test user account (non-admin).
