I wonder if I update from 1.2.1 to .1.3.1. from     Fantastico, will it erase all of my albums and pictures?
And if yes, who can i save my data?

Download 1.3.2 from this site and run your update yourself. You won't lose any of your pics and data.

i'its to big to upload is there any easier way?

You have to unzip the download on your own pc, then upload all the files onto the server by ftp.

I have never heard of these files being too big to upload.
