Title: PHPBB's theme used in the Copper Gallery
Post by: Morty on September 25, 2004, 02:47:43 am
I'm new and not having much luck with the search terms.  Could be I'm just an idiot, that's usually the reason.   ;D

But here we go.

phpbb 2.0.10
CPG 1.3.2
My site:  http://www.MortysTwistedWorld.com
My gallery:  http://www.MortysTwistedWorld.com/gallery

Integration went perfect.  Groups, permissions, everything went awesome not sure why so many have problems.  But whatever.

So, it now works, permissions work sweet, users carried over just fine.   But is there an easy way to integrate the look of my phpbb into coppermine?

What's the best way to tell CPG to go hunt out the text colors, cell colors and what not of PHPBB.   Maybe even the overall_header.tpl of my phpbb.

Can this be done?   Or do I have to edit CPG as if its 99% standalone and the 1% is strictly the common user database?

Any help would obviously be appreciated.

If you want a theme like whatever you use in phpBB, you'll have to create one yourself.  The only thing the bridge file does is share the userbase, no more no less.

That's what I figured.  Thanks a bunch!   SHould be easy enough since I use page includes in my tpl's anyway.

CPG seems pretty cool so far, should be interesting to see what my users think of it once I have it ready for them.
