Is there a subBlack like theme for Coppermine? subBlack is a phpbb theme.

There's no therme that is actually called "subBlack". Go to the demo page (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/) and use the dropdown "Choose a theme" to browse all available themes, and choose the one that comes closest to the theme you're looking for. Then go to the downloads section (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89658&package_id=98541&release_id=215703), get the theme in question and modify it to your needs.
