Title: Custom pics in place of default "wmv" thumbnails

I know I read this somewhere...but, can't find it. How do you put custom thumbnails on a specific album file? I know I can replace the image for all wmv's for instance...but, I have videos on my site and would like to have a specific thumb for each file that is, for instance, a still from a part of the vid...
