Title: [Solved]: Blue Dragon Display Question

Hello Gang,

Searched around for the solution but can't seem to find a like topic. Trying to find a way to remove the 4 line heading on any of my categories. I've attached a screen shot with the area circled in black . You can also see the issue here:

It would be the 3 graphic lines shown with 4 text titles on the right: Title +-, File Name +-, Date +-, and Position +-. Most likely has to do with the way I have modified the template? But would like to know if there is a way to not display those lines?
