Title: [Solved]: New Install and I get...

The picture 'albums/userpics/10001/XXX.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 126

Any Ideas? My ImageMagic version is 4.2.9, I am not sure if the command line list is correct.
