Title: Users with only Public folder rights

I want registered users to only have upload (with approval) permission to one public album

I do not want them to be able to have private albums

Please advise

Group control panel: set "Public albums upload" to yes and "Personal gallery"to no. Please read the docs before asking such trivial questions.
