Hey,
If I have two admins: admin1 and admin2
Is it then possible to edit theme.php so admin1 have a different top menu and therefore cannot see all the buttons admin2 is able too???
Or said in another way: two admins with different access-levels ???

security through obscurity isn't very safe. If someone were clever, they could just check out another coppermine installation for the correct URL.
And no, different levels of admin access is not available.

It must be possible too add a "new kind of user" to the list besides Admin, User, Guest, Banned???
Have noone done this before or have an idea how to do it???

Of course you can have additional groups, but they can either be admins or users. You're in fact requesting something like a "moderator" or "super-user" - a person who doesn't have full admin privileges, but the ability to perform some tasks that can be only done by the admin in coppermine. This has been requested before (search for details) and is being considered for future versions, but it's currently not possible, unless you know your way around in coppermine extremely well and you're ready to code this by yourself. No, it hasn't been done yet, there's no mod.
