Title: Problems with deleting Ecards
Post by: TerraNaut on June 16, 2004, 10:37:49 am
Hi, I'm not sure that it's an error with Coppermine or with my host, but here is the problem.

I've just upgraded from 1.2 to 1.3.0 and everything is running as it should, but when I'm trying to erase the log-file concerning the Ecards its says

500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

and it stops.

Sendning Ecards is no problem and the logfile has all the data (ip, name and so on), but I can't delete the logfile. Any suggestions?!?

Yours sincerely

The page I'm refering to is http://www.terranaut.dk/billeder/db_ecard.php

I can select the entry but when I'm trying to delete the selected Ecard, I get this error shown below. The server administrator says that they don't have any problems with the server running the site?!? All the other facilities is working normal - any ideas?!?

My server provider is now, after serveral e-mails telling me the opposite that it's probably is a failure because of upgrading the servers?!? So I guess the problem is solved - if not I'll let you know. Sorry for any inconviences.
