Title: [Solved]: Upgrade, Cant Find A Theme...

I did the upgrade nd it worked perfectly, however when I started bouncing around themes, I switched to the default and this is what I get, now I am locked out of my board and cant get back in, any ideas as to what I should do? Thanks!
