IP logging has been added in CPG1.2.0 (only visible for the admin of course, so you won't see it in the demo).
I suggest you upgrade to cpg1.2.0

I have tested CPG 1.2.0 but the only thing that i did see was that i can block an IP adress, but when i add a comment to a photo i can't see from what IP adress it is coming
Am i doing somthing wrong :? :?:

in cpg1.2.0, when you're logged in as admin, you'll see the IP # of each user's comment next to his nickname (at least when viewing the pick in displayimage - it has been left out in thumbnail view, as it'd require too much space).

Im sorry i didn't look good enough at it
but is there something like an tutorial about how to upgrade?

refer to the readme that comes with the cpg1.2.0 package (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/docs/README.html#11) in the docs folder.
