Title: phpBB 2.0.17 to Coppermine 1.42 bridge problems
Post by: astrothug on December 13, 2005, 12:15:37 am
Hi I bridged the two together but when people log in they cant update pictures or upload. under admin I can do all those,
also a small error in coppermine is not directing people to the register page under phpbb2 it goes to cpg/register.php instead.

I set up test/test for log in no admins.
the url is http://www.ghostintheshell.ca/cpg and http://www.ghostintheshell.ca/phpbb2.

Thanks for the help.
PS I love the new coppermine gallery very nice.

Update to the latest udb_base.inc.php (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/coppermine/stable/bridge/udb_base.inc.php) and phpbb.inc.php (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/coppermine/stable/bridge/phpbb.inc.php) from CVS.

uploading works just fine - see http://www.ghostintheshell.ca/cpg/displayimage.php?pos=-2371
However, your bridging issues are solved, that's why I marked this thread accordingly. You appear not to have read the coppermine docs and applied the permissions accordingly, you're probably requesting upload to public albums, which is just another issue. Please respect the "One question per thread" policy you agreed to respect when signing up.
