Title: How to create co-admin with limited rights?

Is there anyway possible to do this? I wish to make a new user that can change/add image titles, descriptions and keywords. As well as adding new pictures to the galleries already created.

Any word when coppermine will add these feature in?

I have coppermine linked to my phpbb database btw.
