Nobody asked for debug_output. Read the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues" and do exactly as suggested there if you need support.

Have you tried to upload image to my gallery?

I still can not upload image eventhough I have reduce the size of the image.

Yikes! Never post an admin account - I edited out your previous posting. Delete that account immediately.
I logged in with the admin account your provided and corrected your setup: you had the "Method for Resizing Images" set to "ImageMagick" in Coppermine's config, but you apear not to have ImageMagick available. I changed things by setting "Method for Resizing Images" to "GD2" and then was able to upload just fine (see http://www.indonesiaku.web.id/displayimage.php?pos=-1)
