How can I change the "Add to Favorites" name?

When I add the home page of my website to my Favorites list in Internet Explorer, it saves it in the Favorites with the title "(website title) - Home"

I want to get rid of the " - Home" part. I want it to be added to Favorites as only "(website title)"

I am using the Water Drop theme.

By the way, my website is http://www.cutebabydom.com/  and I think CPG is superb! Thanks for your help!
