Hello - I hope someone can help me.

As far as uploading Coppermine & install and it'll work fine.

Its just until the next day the contents in the album and include folder disappears and I get this message:

Warning: main(include/init.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/clubmillenniumak/gallery/index.php on line 30

Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required 'include/init.inc.php' (include_path='') in /home/www/clubmillenniumak/gallery/index.php on line 30

I've reuploaded and ran the setup several times and get the same results the following day. Contents gone and that message.

I've also tried to see if there have been any similiar circumstances in the forum but haven't been able to find any and my hosting company hasn't really been any help but to say that setting the permissions to 777 is to much.  

Yes I am a Newb at this so bare with me.

1) who is your hosting company with?

2) please post a working link to your site.

3) can you also post like the first two blocks out of your php info file?
