It says file size exceeded

It says file size exceeded when I ahve set my groups quota to 10,000 kbs and mine to infiniate.  I am only aloud to uplaod 3 images or something.  How can i get it so peopel ahve 10 megs of uploading space?

I have had the same problem. I already increased the file size in the adm mode and it didnīt help.

How are you uploading your files? Do you use batch upload? Did you put a numerical value for the "unlimited" group or did you say 'infinite'. You can't really say infinite since you will be limited by the storage available for your webspace.

The limitation could be due to your PHP settings that have nothing to do with coppermine. To check, go to http://YourGalleryPath/phpinfo.php You need to edit the path to go to your gallery and have it point to that file, which needs you to be logged in as gallery admin to see it.

What are the values for these:
post_max_size
upload_max_filesize

The message 'file size exceeded' means the individual file was bigger than the setting in your config settings.  Simply change the size you allow there.

The individual total allowance is set in the groups settings.  As TranzNDance said, you cannot use words.  The actual setting for unlimited is '0' (in the groups settings).
