How do I change the header and the backround color? I want to add a link to my homepage and I want the colors to match the rest of my site.

If it's just colors you want to change then make the changes in style.css.

Where do you want the links added on the page?

Board policy is one question per thread, and both of these questions could be resolved by searching the board I believe.
