An insanely basic theme-altering question
« on: September 22, 2004, 06:04:10 am »

Alright, I managed to get everything installed and working correctly. Minor problem - I want to make the "lipstik" theme work instead of the default one. Problem numero uno is I can't figure out how to do that. I read the FAQ, the manual, blah blah. I feel retarded, and I need help. I have the "lipstik" thing uploaded to my server.

On a side note... where do you change the title at the top of the main page? I am sick of it saying "Coppermine Photo Gallery" - that's just no fun.

Thx guys, though I'm sure you've read posts like this a million times & are thoroughly irritated by them, I appreciate you reading this anyway.

Assuming you have downloaded the lipstick theme, unzipped it, moved the lipstick folder into your coppermine themes folder (do not rename the folder!), uploaded it to your webserver, you just go to coppermine config (log in as admin, admin mode, click "config" from the admin menu) and choose the lipstick theme. You set the name of your gallery on the config page as well.
To me it seems like you didn't read the docs thoroughly enough ;).
