Installing

 Ok I have installed the coppermine on my webserver but when i try to run the install.php it goes into the IE and says page cannot be displayed.
 I am new at this and am trying to install the coppermine so please I need help installing

Do you know if php runs on your webspace? Have you tested with a basic php file?

yea i got it installed now but haveing trouble uploading pics now getting error messages  : Warning: move_uploaded_file(./albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_d295049e.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/godskil/public_html/coppermine/cpg132/upload.php on line 1197
 and dont know what that means :(
