[Solved]: upgrading from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2

How do I upgrade with all my images, albums, and categories the same? I got the 1.3.1 directory in my host but I don't know how to complete to upgrade?
(my topic is wrong its 1.3.1 not 1.3.2)

take a look into the docs folder that comes with the cpg1.3.2 package: update instructions are in it.

Thanks for replying but please don't be mad at me, I honestly thought this was the proper board because I thought this is a generel question. Next time I'll post on  the support board.
