CPG1.31 vs. phpBB
« on: August 14, 2004, 11:24:26 pm »

Hi all, and first of all GauGau! :D

You help me some months ago with a same problem but these are new versions with new problems.
I integrated the two systems and (almost) everything works fine.
The log in and log out works as well, everything is purple :)
But, If I want to register with a new user in the CPG I will be redirect to the phpBB.
I fill the req. fields and press OK.
The registration has done succesful but the script doesn't redirect me back to the CPG.

I hope you understand my problem and you can help me.

Thanx:            Zoltan :)

P.S.: You can try this at: http://dalosovi.radiomax.hu/Cpg

Oooooooops!

And a second problem:

If I register a new user, in phpBB looks like a singe user but in Cpg it is an Admin. Because the "User mode "  button exist but If I once leave the Admin mode I cannot see " Admin mode"  button to switch again and I cannot see the "Config button" . I don't understand this well... I hope you does :)

there's a user admin mode and a gallery admin ode - nothing to worry. The user admin mode won't let the user fumble with your gallery settings, it just enables the user to create albums within his user gallery and modify his profile.

After registration in phpbb there's no redirection back to coppermine - phpbb simply doesn't offer it. You will have to modify your phpbb navigation to provide a link back to coppermine for users who have just registered.
