[solved] config page error

upgraded from 1.2 to 1.3 would like to confirm the config page because there is a invalid error
that comes out on the top of screen... is this right?

the other is the end of the config page doesnt have a confirmation of action like the 1.2... is this right?

I guess this comes from not replacing all cpg1.2 files with cpg1.3 ones. Please enable debug_mode to see more information.

I cant access the debug function because the config page isnt complete...
unless there is another to set the debug?

Make sure you have replaced all files, including the language files.
