UNABLE TO SIGN OUT OF MY SITE!...

I added new skins and uploaded some files, the next day...'I cannot sign out of my site!' (which means that no one can sign in?)
I need to have this resolved.'Help', anyone?

what happens when you attempt to logout ?
any error messages ?
can we have a link ?
