How do I exlude certain albums from...

How can I exclude certain albums from appearing on the random images and the latest additions? It's not a personal album and I dont want it to be

Out-of-the-box: you can't do this at all.
If you're not a coder, you can't change this. If you're a coder, modify the query for the meta albums...
