Unable to write config file 'include/config.inc.php'

Get this when I go to install. Windows 2000 running IIS, don't have access to the file system to give rights, it's a hosted service. I'm mruuning MYSQL and Vbulliten

Then you'll have to ask your webhost to grant the script write access to the albums and include folder. Coppermine needs to have that (as suggested in the documentation).
