Months of perfect use and now I get this error

I have been running this version of coppermine for quite a few months with no problems and now when I try to log in it give me this error.

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Incorrect database name 'coralfor_phpbb '

Nothing has been changed.  What do you think could have caused this to happen?

Ask your host - may be they changed something....
