Dear Sir,

I am able to batch upload using Administrator account.

However, when I login as a Registered user, I cannot see the "batch add" button.


Any help on this?

Only admins have the ability to use batch add.  Read the included documentation: 4.7 Uploading pics by FTP / Batch-Add Pictures.  Users can use xp publish and/or single file upload.
