Switching to another host...

Hi again,

Is it even possible to switch Coppermine to another host and being able to keep the same settings, the same layout, the same albums, etc.?

I remember trying this before but I got very confused and ended up having to reupload... and reconfigure... everything... And, honestly, I don't want to do it again.
