I want to add my frontpage

Hello, I want to add the frontpage.

For example: I want to delete that it shows me randome pictures or the newest pictures.

Can somebody please help me?

Isn't there a template or some file that I can edit?

But how can I for example, have less links. For example I do not want to have the last uploads.
