Add button to report images?

Hello friends:

I hope you can help me with this.

I want to add a button below the images so that users can report when an image is broken/fallen/damaged.
I attach a photo of how I would like it to look (image 2).

Personally, I am having this problem because I restored part of my images from an old backup that apparently had damaged photos (image 1). I would like users, instead of sending me emails with the links of the photos to be corrected, to be able to report damaged photos to me, to receive some kind of notice and to be able to fix them (in case they were fixed).


Can you help me with this?

Problem images are logged in the global log file (see config logging and maintenance)
