How to remove text from uploaded images

Hello. Hopefully you can help me. :(

I would like to know how to shorten or remove the text that users place on the photos in the description when they upload them, since it breaks the format of my homepage.

I need to shorten or remove the text marked in red in the photos.

I hope you can help me. Thank you so much.
