I just installed cpg1.6.x-1.6.22 . I cannot find the page where I can change the site name and do other changes to the configuration. Under the Config drop down there is only:Keyword Manager, Bridge Manager and Update Database. Can someone point me to the right direction ?

Just click on the word "Config" and not one of the drop-down items.
