Failure edit_one_pics.php

Not sure if his is the way to report errors with PHP 8 ?
With 1.6.14 when a NOT admin user wants to edit his picture edit_one_pics.php) it fails with a white screen.
When the user is an ADMIN it works.

Do you have any idea what code is causing this ?

New version (1.6.15) will correct for some of these issues. It will be released today or tomorrow.

I see no changes in edit_one php file.
What file you think is fixed this issue ? (sorry for asking)
