How to Upgrade from 1.4.21 to 1.6.3

I've tried 1.4.21 to 1.5.x, the installer don't want to use my old sql database, so how can i get my old data from sql database ???

Yes i've done it.
I'd needed to put php in 5.5 to execute the script
Now i've this error message : Coppermine critical error:
The group table does not contain the Anonymous group !
So

Is the gallery on your own server or in a hosting account?

If you will send me a private message (PM) with the information and credentials I would need to access your gallery server, I will try to help you upgrade to the latest CPG (1.6.13).
