cpg1.6.08 & phpbb3.2 Demaged Cyrilic usernames

All comments and albums normalized after add in
.../include/config.inc.php
$CONFIG['dbcharset'] = 'utf8';

but Cyrilic usernames is wrong symbols.
Please help fix it.

For now, try:

In the file: bridge/udb_base.inc.php

at about line 40, change

--- Code: --- $this->dbObj = new CPG_Dbase( array(
'dbtype' => $CONFIG['dbtype'],
'dbserver' => $this->db['host'],
'dbuser' => $this->db['user'],

--- End code ---

to

--- Code: --- $this->dbObj = new CPG_Dbase( array(
'dbtype' => $CONFIG['dbtype'],
'dbcharset' => 'utf8', // <- add this line
'dbserver' => $this->db['host'],
'dbuser' => $this->db['user'],

--- End code ---

Please let us know the results.  If this corrects your issue, it will be resolved in a better way in the next CPG release.
